GOAL: Energize the involvement of PCCW Classes from 2000 onward to capitalize on the new membership provisions

OBJECTIVES:

1. Improve internal communications and involvement among PCCW members. a. Institute an electronic newsletter with links to PCCW web site.
2. Strengthen member involvement in Committees.
   1. Delegate specific committee roles, links and tasks to (at least) 5 members.
   2. Insure that each new member has a committee role or task.
3. Continue to motivate members to contribute financial support at PCCW’s historically high participation rates.
4. Set specific goals for involvement with Faculty, Students and Alumni.
